The session will provide an overview of the widely used and successful approach to flexible work systems pioneered by Rupert & Company and proven in hundreds of US and global companies. A full toolkit will be reviewed, but the interactive focus will be on the formal request- and-decision tool and process at the heart of these systems. As participants:

    • you will learn the design of the form and its intended use
    • you will learn the application of the decision-making tool to realistic scenarios
    • you will learn how applicant variables can affect outcomes
    • you will learn the value of different support tools and their possible combinations
