Right now a good majority of Fiduciaries are leaving their greatest liability unprotected. The DOL, IRS & ERISA Litigators have put Retirement Plans on the top of their lists and it is imperative that plan sponsors are informed of the immediate dangers and more importantly how to protect themselves and their plan participants. This program will achieve both objectives and provide a road map to running a fully compliant retirement plan.

Mike Pierce, AIF, QPFC, C(k)PPresident and CEO of Pierce Financial Group, Inc.

A thought leader in the Defined Contribution Retirement Plan industry, Mike has been helping business owners, HR Managers, CFO's and Retirement Plan Committees find cost-effective solutions to managing their companies’ retirement plan to a fiduciary standard. The results of Mike's work benefits both plan sponsors and participants.  He helps retirement plan sponsors fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities and create retirement plans that enhance the ability of plan participants to create a paycheck for life in retirement.
