    “Leading with Empathy”

Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. Leading with empathy involves considering the perspective and emotions of those you are leading, and using that understanding to guide your actions and decisions. In today’s “digital age,” this is particularly important as so much of our communication and interaction takes place online. It is easy for misunderstandings and conflicts to arise when we are not face-to-face, and leading with empathy can help to mitigate these issues. This workshop will help leaders create a more harmonious, productive, and inclusive work culture that will keep employees engaged in your bottom line.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Develop a deeper understanding of empathy and its role in leadership.

    • Increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence through empathy exercises and techniques.

    • Learn effective communication strategies for building trust and fostering positive relationships with team members.
