Join us for an insightful EEOC meeting where we will have the opportunity to engage directly with EEOC representatives to advance our commitment to fostering equitable workplaces. This event will be designed to provide HR professionals with crucial updates on current trends, compliance requirements, and proactive strategies for preventing and addressing workplace discrimination claims. Attendees will also learn how EEOC uses mediation to quickly resolve charges – which is especially valuable given the standard investigation process can take 8-10 months or longer.
