Have you ever found yourself frustrated with employee's or colleague's performance or behavior? You wanted to tell them, but every time you tried to muster up the courage, you just couldn't get the words out. Or maybe you gave feedback, but it didn't land… or worse, it made them defensive and angry! This workshop will teach you how to become confident and clear anytime you need to give feedback. In this workshop you will learn:

    • The 7 step formula for how to spark change and cultivate a productive feedback culture
    • The most costly communication mistake people make in giving feedback
    • Plus, the secret to receiving feedback without spiraling and how to actually use it to fuel your growth
