    The state paid leave landscape is ever-changing with the ongoing emergence of programs throughout the country. During this webinar, we will explore the Statutory Disability & Paid Family Leave market with particular focus on newly emerging programs. Participants will take away a broad understanding of the existing and forthcoming programs along with access to resources for ongoing reference.

    Marissa manages Paid Family Leave and Statutory Disability products at Lincoln Financial Group, based out of Atlanta, GA. In her role as Sr. Product Manager, Marissa supports strategy and leads development, market launch for new products and ongoing management of existing programs. Prior to joining Lincoln in 2017, Marissa was a Product Manager at Cigna where she developed and delivered new Disability products and enhancements. Marissa has also held roles in Account Management and Underwriting at Assurant Employee Benefits, Aetna and a small group broker.

    Marissa holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bloomsburg University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
